1.1 This contract (“Contract”) is a distance contract under Article 50 and following of Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206 (“Consumer Code”). The Contract pertains to the sale of movable goods between Stilograph, with its legal address at Via Ottaviano, 79 – 00192 – Rome (RM), VAT number 01695691004 (“Stilograph”), and the consumer (the “Customer”).
The Contract is concluded directly through Stilograph’s acceptance of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet, following the invitation to offer contained in teleshopping broadcasts, on the website www.stilographcorsani.com (the “Site”), and/or through other remote sales systems of Stilograph, based on the methods described in the following Article 3.
- PRICES
The sale prices of the products shown on Stilograph’s Site include VAT and any other taxes.
- METHODS OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
3.1 – The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: (a) through Paypal; (b) bank transfer; (c) credit card.
- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Stilograph accepts the Customer’s orders within the limits of the requested product quantities available in stock. Therefore, Stilograph’s acceptance of the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Stilograph commits to promptly inform the Customer of any unforeseen stockouts due to excessive demand or other reasons.
- WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE
For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on warranties and assistance for the sale of consumer goods apply to Stilograph.
- CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Customer declares and warrants:
(i) to be a consumer as provided for in Article 3 of the Consumer Code;
(ii) to be of legal age;
(iii) that the data provided by the Customer for the execution of the Contract is correct and true.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 – In accordance with Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without any penalty but must specify the reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can also be sent within the same period by telegram, telex, email, and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours.
An essential requirement is that the product has NOT BEEN USED.
The product can be returned, after confirmation via email, by courier or with PosteItaliane in insured form.
The right of withdrawal is reserved for private consumers and not for companies or self-employed professionals with a VAT number.
7.2 – The Customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the following address:

within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the products. According to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw in the following cases:
- supply of sealed audiovisual products or software opened by the Customer;
- supply of customized or tailor-made products, or products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or alter quickly (e.g., cosmetics, flowers, foodstuffs);
- supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines.
7.3 – The cost of returning the products is borne by the Customer. Stilograph will refund, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer: (i) the entire price paid by the Customer in case of returning the product complete with all its parts and functionality; or (ii) the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the Customer, which has been significantly consumed and/or diminished in value.
- TREATMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03
8.1 In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, No. 196, the Code relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Code”), we inform you that your personal data, provided and/or subsequently acquired, will be processed by Stilograph, in Italy and abroad, using electronic and manual methods in compliance with the Code and the current privacy regulations.
Purpose of processing
The collected data are processed for the following purposes:
a. registering for the service;
b. concluding sales contracts and carrying out their execution;
c. performing the necessary actions to execute the contractual relationship established;
d. sending commercial, advertising, informative, and promotional materials using any means (email, SMS, etc.);
e. conducting market research, economic analysis, and statistics by telephone to verify the proper functioning of the services and customer satisfaction;
f. creating personalized information about the habits and preferences of those concerned;
g. communicating data to third-party companies for direct marketing purposes.
Providing data is mandatory for the conclusion of a purchase contract, optional in other cases. Failure to provide the data will result in the inability to fulfill the placed order.
Data retention
All acquired data cannot be used for purposes other than those mentioned above and will be kept for the time necessary to achieve these purposes. After that period, the data will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form. For detailed data on purchases and services, the retention period will not exceed that established by current regulations.
Rights of the data subject
You retain the right to exercise, at any time, the rights referred to in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Code, in particular: the right to access your personal data, request their correction, update, and deletion if incomplete, incorrect, or collected in violation of current regulations, as well as the right to object to their processing for legitimate reasons, by sending a written request to Stilograph at Via Ottaviano, 79 – 00192 – Rome (RM).

- COMPETENT COURT
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation, and violation of the Contract shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
Stilograph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request advance payment.
Force Majeure In any case of force majeure or fortuitous event, Stilograph is not considered responsible for the delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or defer the contract in whole or in part.
