Homo Sapiens collection is an icon of Visconti. Its incredible material, a lava and resin compound, has unique features, unbreakable, hygroscopic with a soft touch feeling.
The pen was designed under the rules of the Leonardo da Vinci Divine Proportion.
Further to the lava compound Visconti has produced also a model in black acrylic.
It is available in two executions with bronze and steel trims inspired to the Bronze age and Steel age.

With the modern era in mind Visconti has taken inspiration for its Elegance Collection.
It has chosen to make Homo Sapiens Elegance most suitable for daily use through a black acrylic material, easy to use, easy to refill but keeping an intrinsic elegance.
The shape is the successful Homo Sapiens design, but with a unique bright black acrylic resin.
The reflection of lights and its particular shape highlight the splendor of this fine accessory.
All the metal parts are in solid stainless steel.
The combination of these two modern materials helps the pen to reach picks of magnificence.
The fountain pen, available in two sizes, is provided with the Visconti 23kts/950 Palladium nib.
The pen is provided with the Visconti patented “Hook safe lock system”, which allows the user to close the pen by rotating it by only 20°, thus making it absolutely impossible to open the cap by accident.
For ease of use it has been decided to change the filling system and move from piston filler to the simplest converter or cartridge.

My Pen System The top of each pen displays a circular metal Visconti logo as
standard, held in place with strong magnetic force.
The logo can be removed and be replaced with one of three
elements: Initials, Zodiac Symbols and Natural Stones.
