The new Momento Magico collection takes its classic forms from the renowned and very popular regular Momento zero but is embellished by the piston filler visible through a transparent window made on the barrel of the pen.
After a long wait and a lot of experimentation Leonardo presents the new fountain pen with a piston filling system designed and produced in their workshops, 1.5 ml load capacity.They have characterized the pen body with a transparent window in which you can control the ink level, the window length is 10mm then allows you to see very well the inside of the body.
Another element that characterizes the Momento magico is the possibility of completely disassemble the pen body, caseback, piston and feed/nib through a toll sold separately.
The cap is characterized by the central band perforated with a detail of the decorations belonging to the period known in the history of art as “geometric art” and therefore means the production of decorations of Greek civilization between 900 and 700 BC, which takes its name from term traditionally used for ceramics, production of the same period.
Lightweight and perfect in proportions, the fountain pen is equipped with a 14kt solid gold nib size # 6 produced by Jowo in 7 writing sizes.This version with solid gold nib is equipped with an ebonite feeder built in house by Leonardo.
This glossy black version adds to the Leonardo range a classic, elegant style pen which was missing!!
Available with rhodium, yellow gold and ruthenium trims.
All variants of the Momento are assembled with piston filling system, it is possible to disassemble the mechanism with the piston tool, sold separately, retail price Euro 30.

A fantastic choice of fountain pens and even more fantastic customer service!
I ordered a beautiful Montegrappa fountain pen and was met by Stefano's fantastic, professional and respectful customer service. Stefano made sure I was informed about their annual leave and when he'd be able to ship my fountain pen (even though he was probably on leave himself!), which made me value the service even more.
The pen arrived on the day when I was told it would, very well packed, with a gratis ink bottle and a pen pouch to match my lavander fountain pen. I even got a hand written note from Stefano, which is just amazing, there's not much more you can do to show personal appreciation of a customer- see the photo.
I will shop from the Corsani shop again for sure, given the great choice of fountain pens they have and knowing I'm safe in their hands as a customer.
