In accordance with Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206, you have the right to withdraw from the contract you entered into, without any penalties, provided that you specify the reason for your withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the products.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You can also send your notice via telegram, telex, email, or fax within the same time frame, provided that it is confirmed by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours thereafter.
A crucial requirement for the exercise of this right is that the product MUST NOT BE USED.
Once we confirm your request via email, you can return the product using a courier service or through Poste Italiane or DHL with insurance.
Please note that the right of withdrawal is reserved for private consumers and does not apply to businesses or self-employed individuals with a VAT number.
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products to the following address:

within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the products. According to Article 55, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, you do not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Supply of sealed audiovisual products or software opened by the Customer.
- Supply of products tailored or personalized to the Customer’s specifications or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., cosmetics, flowers, perishable goods).
- Supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Stilograph will refund, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receiving the products from the Customer, either (i) the entire amount paid by the Customer in case of a return of the product with all its parts and functionality intact, or (ii) the portion of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the Customer if it has been substantially consumed or used in a way that significantly diminishes its value.
Customs and duties:
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to savage supply co. Due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.
